Quality Assurance Institute Worldwide (QAI) and QAAM are looking for professional practitioners who have an interest and ability to share their expertise and knowledge with others by presenting at the Annual QAI & QAAM Regional Conference in the Baltimore/Washington area. We are looking for presentations of all levels: fundamental, intermediate, and advanced with an emphasis on intermediate and advanced presentations.

Qualifications:
The primary qualifications for participation are a proven ability to speak effectively to audiences and an in-depth knowledge of the topic you propose for your presentation to your peers.
Recognition:
This is an opportunity to gain recognition from your peers and the professional prestige associated with being part of an regional conference. Also, a complimentary conference registration will be provided.
Conference Format:
Each conference has a pre-conference program, keynote speakers on selected topics of interest, and concurrent conference sessions throughout the event.
- Keynote Presentations – These are scheduled during the main conference (Wednesday through Thursday) to highlight specific topics of interest to the profession and typically run for duration of 1¼ hours with the final ¼ hour reserved for Questions & Answers (Q & A)

We currently have all keynote presentation positions filled for the 2008 conference.
- Conference Concurrent Sessions – These sessions are 2½ hour in length with one 15 minute break and the final ¼ hour reserved for Questions & Answers (Q & A).
How Presentations Are Selected:
The conference program committee selects presentation proposals in the format prescribed below based upon the:
- Interest or importance of the topic
- Level of Innovation (we are looking for fresh ideas to solve problems)
- Level of expertise (fundamental, intermediate, advanced)
- Level of practicality and application (theoretical and conceptual presentations are discouraged)
- Proven use in real-world situations
- Clarity of examples
- Inclusion of "How-To's” in the presentation
