"A Special 2-Day Manager's Workshop"
Schedule:Monday & Tuesday, April 16th & 17th, 2007 ~ 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Objective: Develop Implementable Solutions to the Quality Challenges You Face Today
You and your peers, with the assistance of the QAI professional staff, will nominate the challenges facing today’s IT Quality Managers. Workshop attendees will then rank these topics to determine the agenda order for discussion. The workshop faculty will include William E. Perry, Tom Ticknor, Barbara Merwin, Steve Bender, Theresa Morris, and Dr. Patricia Gill Webber. We will use QAI’s proven “six-cubed” method that quickly creates alternative solutions for the attendees. These will be critiqued by the workshop faculty, and then the six-cubed process will assist the attendees in selecting the best solutions. A complete written summary of the workshop will be sent to each attendee after the conference. One of the major challenges that will be discussed is how to introduce “revolutionary change” into an IT organization.
